Review by hotel critic
During my recent business trip to Napier, I had the pleasure of staying at Fairley Motor Lodge, which truly exceeded my expectations. Nestled just a short distance from the vibrant Ahuriri and the beautiful Hawke's Bay coastline, the location is perfect for both work and leisure. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a cozy retreat, and the kitchenette was fully stocked, allowing me to enjoy warm, relaxing meals after a long day of meetings. What stood out the most was the serene ambiance-my room was incredibly quiet, a welcome reprieve that made my stay both productive and restful. The friendly hospitality from owners Jane and Hugh added a personal touch; they were more than willing to share valuable insights about local wineries and cycling trails, catering to my interests perfectly. I can't wait to return, possibly accompanied by friends, to explore the stunning coastal cycling trails or indulge in a wine tasting at one of the renowned local vineyards like Church Road. In essence, Fairley Motor Lodge has become my go-to accommodation in Napier for its welcoming atmosphere and exceptional location.
